Description

I have 2 acres of heavyish but grassy land for sale. It is attached to my garden which is to the rear of the cottage which I am slowly renovating. The 2 acres was grazed by cattle for many years up until about ten years ago when the owner farmer died. I have no real use for it but the proceeds will be put to much needed use in renovating the cottage.

I am asking €20k and I am happy for a buyer to put a tidy log cabin/shepherds hut on it for weekend retreats and keep livestock if they would like. A lake created on it would also be a possibility as it dips down naturally at one end. It backs onto forestry land and has a nice mature tree-lined perimeter which you could take firewood from. It has gated access directly onto the very quiet country lane. It is located just outside the village of Knockerra near Kilrush in County Clare. Buy or sell property in Ireland online.
